Sports Scary persuits are particularly popular during May / June when the river Aude is full of melted snow from the high Pyrénées.

During late Summer, it’s best to have a go after a downpour and check by phone that conditions are suitable for your chosen activity.
Some operators conveniently take you from near Limoux's swimming pool up-stream to the start of the white water run
and is ideal if you attempt the whole circuit and want to leave your car somewhere central. Alternatively dinghy sail
on Lac Montbel, or pop down to Narbonne Plage and scare yourself jet-skiing along the Mediterranean coast.

SEA-CATAMARAN EXCURSIONS that depart from Gruissan marina just south of Narbonne Plage.
